Hi girls! Some time last year I ditched my razors and decided I was all about Epliation! It's not the most comfortable thing you're going to do all day but I don't find it painful and done regularly I find it an easy part of my routine with beautiful, long lasting results.

For permanent results the answer is laser hair removal which can be carried out in a salon but these days a lot of us are doing it in the comfort of our own bedrooms so, looking forward to Summer, I've decided to start a course of at-home IPL in a bit to get permanent results by the warmer months, I will of course let you know how I get on with the Boots Smooth Skin Plus which is £299 from Boots. At almost £300 it's a considered purchase but it it gives me the results I'm hoping for I'll believe it's worth every last penny!

Have you tried IPL, are you a DIY or a salon kind of a girl?

I usually just stick to old fashioned razors but I think I'll give this a go.

I'we seen a lot of posts about these and being hair free at least for of few weeks at a time sounds perfect! I agree it's a considered purchase though.

I'm too scared to do IPL - I don't have a high threshold for pain, but I have used a Phillips epilator for about 10 years. I must say it is very convenient and a great time-saver. I've gone back to manually tweezing but I think I'm pretty skilled at it though reading about epilators makes me want to buy one again!
ReplyDeleteI've had IPL done on another area, but I've wanted to do my legs now for a while. I quite fancy trying to Boots gadget, so looking forward to seeing how you get on with it.
